Bernard Krone is the new CEO
of the vehicle plant in Werlte

Werlte, October 2011 – On 1 November 2011, Dipl.-Kfm. Bernard Krone (33) assumes the role of CEO of Fahrzeugwerk Krone (Werlte) as an addition to his role as Chairman of the Management Board of Maschinenfabrik Bernard Krone GmbH. With the chairmanship of the machinery plant and the vehicle plant, the planned long-term process for the strategic takeover of overall responsibility in the family business continues. Under the chairmanship of Bernard Krone, the Management Board of the vehicle plant comprises Dipl.-Ing. Gero Schulze Isfort (Sales / Marketing), Dipl.-Ing. Uwe Sasse (Design / Development) and Dipl.-Ing. Gerold Wenisch (Production / Materials Management).

Bernard Krone has been active in the family business since 2007; after various individual projects, such as at the Krone manufacturing plants in Hvam and Lübtheen, he became a member of the Management Board of Krone Holding and the machinery plant in August 2008. In August 2010 he officially took over the management of the entire Krone Group from his father, Dr.-Ing. E.h. Bernard Krone.
