An all-rounder in Switzerland
New Krone Profi Liner for Berthod Transport SA
The brothers Xavier and Patrick Berthod from the Swiss forwarding agency Berthod Transport SA have now added a Krone Profi Liner to their fleet. The brothers were particularly convinced by the flexibility of the trailer, which can be used as a real all-round talent for a wide range of applications.
"With this, the vehicle meets our requirements exactly, because we always want to satisfy our customers. This means that we do our utmost to process and execute orders in the best possible way and to master all challenges in terms of deadline pressure and freight space. This is why we have decided to buy a Profi Liner with elevating roof equipment. This trailer enables us to handle a large number of our transport tasks excellently," say Xavier and Patrick Berthod.
On behalf of the Krone team Leonard Zesiger, Krone representative in Switzerland, thanked Berthod Transprt SA for the renewed order. In total, the Berthod family business, which ordered the first Krone vehicle in 2016, now uses nine Krone Curtainsiders.
The Berthod company was founded in 1946 by Alcide Berthod and is now in its third generation of family ownership. Today the company employs more than 45 people and owns a fleet of more than 35 vehicles. Berthod - based in Sion in the canton of Valais - specialises in particular in transport to Switzerland as well as to France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Read more: http://www.berthodtransports.ch
