More service: Krone Customer Service now also processes claims using an app

The vehicle manufacturer Krone is digitizing its trailer services. With the App Claim Care, those involved in the service report their concerns digitally, quickly and easily. The transparency of Claim Care accelerates processing and shortens vehicle downtimes.

Claim Care for easy entry

The App Claim Care records both the process and the condition of the vehicle. Using the mask of the App Claim Care, the service participant provides Krone with the chassis number, the technical data of the vehicle as well as the vehicle owner and applicant. In the mask he enters detailed views of the vehicle condition: Rear, front, type plate and interior. Once the affected component has been pre-selected, the process is sent electronically to Krone Customer Service.

Customer service assesses and responds to the procedure that is regarded as a preliminary order for the Krone service partner. The preliminary order is reported to the Krone service partner and the complaint is finally processed.

The resulting digital file can be viewed by all departments at any time. The App Claim Care can be used on all devices with the iOS and Android operating systems. The App Claim Care is available on the Krone website or in the Apple App S tore or Google Play Store.
