Krone offers protection equipment to prevent water and ice plate build-up on the vehicle roof. Ice-Protect Air operates via an air hose between the roof tarp and the cross members. The on-board compressed air system supplies the air. The roof tarp is raised by approx. 175 mm to form a bowed roof.
