The 20' chassis are available as 2 and 3-axle chassis. Both chassis feature the new traction rear, which improves the fifth wheel load and thus the payload with heavy 20' containers by about 1 tonne.

The two-axle Box Liner is the specialist for transporting 20' containers available with 18 t aggregate load.

The three-axle Box Liner is the specialist for heavy 20' containers with 24 or 27 tonnes aggregate load.

The traction rear improves the fifth-wheel load and therefore the payload for heavy 20‘ containers by approx. 1 tonne.

Light and air connections are in a protected location above a collision angle.

A dynamic bellows pressure control improves the saddle load even more. A 25% drive axle load is achieved up to a container weight of about 28 tonnes. (Depending on the semitrailer tractor)

The double round tail lights along with back-up the spotlights and rear fog lights are protected as they are integrated into the rear.

Regardless of whether it is a traction rear or a standard rear, a back-up spotlight can always be installed in a protected manner.

The traction rear and traction+ combination on the SDC 27 eL20 ensures an excellent fifth-wheel load. The 25% drive axle load required in cross-border traffic can be achieved up to a container weight of approx. 28 tonnes (depending on the tractor unit) This combination also ensures that the load distribution of the SDC 27 eLTU70 is well-balanced.

If equipped with a spare wheel holder, the side collision protection can also be supplied in a fold-up version.

Lift axles automatically respond load-dependently. This allows you to reduce your tyre wear and save fuel.

A variety of warning signs can be fitted to the rear of the vehicle.

A genset (optionally from Genmark, Carrier or Thermoking) makes it possible to transport refrigerated containers at controlled temperatures. The genset also features its own fuel tank, which ensures that the cold chain is not interrupted even during road transport.
