The flat chassis for up to 40' containers
The flat chassis carries containers up to 40' in length. The Box Liner SDC 27 eL40 makes it possible to transport containers in the sizes 1 x 40', 2 x 20', 1 x 20' in the middle (up to 30 to.) as well as 1 x 30' container flush with the rear.

Simply inimitable
The flat chassis carries containers up to 40' in length. The Box Liner SDC 27 eL40 makes it possible to transport containers in the sizes 1 x 40', 2 x 20', 1 x 20' in the middle (up to 30 to.) as well as 1 x 30' container flush with the rear.
Extremely resilient for rough everyday container use. The Box Liner is fitted with robust steel ram buffers at the rear. In case of damage, the lighting bracket and the underrun protection must be replaced separately.
The neck area is very solid. The supply lines are mounted where they can be safely accessed above a collision angle.
The chequer plate platform allows even 20' containers transported in the middle can be unloaded at the ramp.
The side collision protection is robustly bolted to the frame and powder-coated in safety colour white.
The wheel chocks can be easily accessed and are mounted directly in front of the axles.
Regardless of whether it is a traction rear or a standard rear, a back-up spotlight can always be installed in a protected manner.
The traction rear and traction+ combination on the SDC 27 eL20 ensures an excellent fifth-wheel load. The 25% drive axle load required in cross-border traffic can be achieved up to a container weight of approx. 28 tonnes (depending on the tractor unit) This combination also ensures that the load distribution of the SDC 27 eLTU70 is well-balanced.
If equipped with a spare wheel holder, the side collision protection can also be supplied in a fold-up version.
Lift axles automatically respond load-dependently. This allows you to reduce your tyre wear and save fuel.
A variety of warning signs can be fitted to the rear of the vehicle.
A genset (optionally from Genmark, Carrier or Thermoking) makes it possible to transport refrigerated containers at controlled temperatures. The genset also features its own fuel tank, which ensures that the cold chain is not interrupted even during road transport.
