At IAA Transportation 2026, Krone Trailer is demonstrating that modern transport solutions extend far beyond the vehicle itself. The focus of the exhibition stand is on the continuous development of the service offering, a comprehensive spare parts portfolio and the expansion of the workshop network within the KRONE Commercial Vehicle Group.

Spare parts from a single source

KRONE is consistently developing its spare parts business. Via the KRONE Trailer Parts Shop, customers have quick access to the complete range of spare parts, from wear parts and vehicle components to tyre solutions.

In doing so, Krone is increasingly adopting a multi-brand approach. Through the integration of further brands within the KRONE Commercial Vehicle Group, the range is being continuously expanded, creating additional value for mixed fleets.

“Service does not end with the delivery of a vehicle. Our aim is to support our customers throughout the entire lifecycle, with fast spare parts deliveries, high parts availability and a strong network of workshops,” says Ralf Faust, Managing Director of Service at KRONE Trailer.

Tyre expertise for every application

Another key component of the service offering is the KRONE tyre portfolio. With the Eco:Tyre, Prime:Tyre, Comfort:Tyre and the retreaded R:Tyre solutions, KRONE offers the right tyres for a wide range of requirements.

The Eco:Tyre in particular, with its efficiency class A rating, stands for low rolling resistance, low fuel consumption and high mileage. The tyre portfolio therefore not only supports the fleet’s cost-effectiveness but also helps to reduce CO₂ emissions.

With the introduction of the VECTO regulation, choosing the right tyres has become even more important. Tyres optimised for rolling resistance help to reduce fuel consumption in the long term whilst simultaneously improving the vehicle’s VECTO rating. That is why KRONE will, in future, consistently fit its standard production vehicles with A-labelled tyres. In addition to the KRONE Trusted Eco:Tyre, the range includes solutions from leading premium manufacturers and offers the right tyres for a wide variety of operating profiles.

KRONE’s service and digital experts will demonstrate the potential savings this offers for individual fleet operations directly at IAA Transportation 2026. Using a specially developed fuel calculator, visitors to Hall 27 can see the impact that tyres optimised for rolling resistance have on fuel consumption, CO₂ emissions and operating costs, as well as the economic benefits for their fleet.

Service where customers need it

Another milestone is the expansion of the service network through the partnership with Schwarzmüller. Thanks to the integration of additional service capacity, KRONE customers will in future benefit from even better regional coverage, particularly in southern Germany and Austria.

With sites in Passau, Eltmann, Kundl/Kramsach, Lieboch, Vienna, Wels and Mäder, seven additional workshops are now available where all Krone trailers can be serviced and repaired, regardless of whether a maintenance contract is in place.

“Our customers expect rapid assistance, short journey times and a high standard of service. By expanding our workshop network, we are creating additional capacity and increasing the availability of our services precisely where they are needed,” explains Faust.

For fleet operators, this means shorter journey times, faster repairs and reduced downtime. At the same time, they benefit from qualified service partners, standardised processes and the use of genuine parts.

Strong service for a strong cycle

In keeping with the trade fair motto “Built as one”, the commercial vehicle manufacturer demonstrates that a functioning cycle does not end with the delivery of the vehicle. Service, maintenance, repairs and spare parts are crucial components in keeping vehicles in economical and reliable operation over the long term. The expansion of the service network and the broadening of the range of spare parts underline this holistic approach within the KRONE Commercial Vehicles Group.
