KRONE Trailer has set another strategic milestone in its international expansion: on 21 November 2025, Krone merged with its long-standing Polish importer POZKRONE. This move consolidates the company's position in one of its most important foreign markets and is in line with its corporate strategy of establishing its own structures in key markets.
‘Poland has been our most important foreign market for many years. With the acquisition of Pozkrone, we are consistently implementing our strategy of being represented in key markets with our own structures. Our direct presence enables us to operate closer to our customers, make processes more efficient and, above all, further develop our spare parts and service offering in a targeted manner,’ explains Dr Frank Albers, Managing Director Sales & Marketing at KRONE Trailer.
KRONE Fleet was also launched in Poland in 2025. The establishment of KRONE Fleet Polska has consistently expanded the local service portfolio. The combination of Pozkrone as a sales and service organisation and KRONE Fleet Polska as an independent rental and service provider now covers all customer needs – from individual vehicle configuration and flexible rental models to efficient after-sales and spare parts service.
After around 30 years of successful development and expansion, the company is now part of the KRONE Group. Initially under the operational management of Barbara Towpik-Roszkiewicz and Roman Roszkiewicz and most recently by Tomasz Kujawa and Maciej Michalski, Pozkrone has established itself as a reliable partner and a fixture in the Polish trailer market. Krone would like to express its sincere thanks for the many years of commitment and successful cooperation that have paved the way for this next step in the company's development.
‘The fact that the company is now being fully integrated into the Krone organisation is a logical and forward-looking step. For our customers, but also for our employees, this means stability, new development opportunities and an even closer connection to the manufacturer,’ says Maciej Michalski on behalf of POZKRONE.
For customers and employees, the merger means above all continuity: all jobs will be retained and the existing team will be taken on in its entirety. At the same time, Krone plans to further develop the organisation in a targeted manner and, in particular, to further strengthen the spare parts and service area.
With the integration of POZKRONE and the parallel establishment of KRONE Fleet Polska, Krone Trailer is underlining its clear strategic aim of being present in the most important international markets with its own efficient structures – close to its customers, with a high level of service competence and a long-term perspective.
