Stable front wall

The front wall has as an aerodynamic design. The coupling support offers light and air connections on two levels.

Optimum tightness

The steel rear door offers optimum closing features and the best possible tightness. Internal turn rod locks ensure a smooth outer surface. The container doors are manufactured in state-of-the-art robot facilities and offer the highest level of quality.

Variable internal equipment

In the steel smooth-wall box variant with clinched steel cassettes, the Dry Liner is equipped with keyhole plates as standard. This interior equipment can also be combined with other load securing elements, e.g. double-deck guide rails and/or rod lashing rails.

Protected lighting bracket

Underrun protection and lighting brackets are mounted in a protected position and can be replaced separately. Robust ram protection elements protect the rear when docking.

Front wall protection

A chassis that is pulled up at the front and the bolted plywood rebound plate ensure protection and stability.

Retractable strapping rings

13 pairs of lashing rings are available as an additional possible means of securing the load. These are evenly spaced and recessed in the outer frame.

Flashing side position lamps

Flashing side position lamps are available to prevent accidents when turning. It becomes much easier for pedestrians and cyclists to see when the HGV wants to make a turn.

Smooth walls

The Dry Liner with plywood side walls provides you with completely smooth wall surfaces on the inside of the vehicle. Additional fittings, such as additional scouring strips or strapping rails are mounted on its surface.

Venting slots

Venting slots are recessed into the side walls. They help prevent the formation of condensation.

Double-deck system

Double-deck guide rails can also be put on plywood side walls.

Practical features, such as felt panelling and smooth floor surfaces , ensure the safe transportation of high quality furniture. Optional strapping rail versions as well as strapping Strapping rings set into the floor ensure that you can properly secure your load in any position desired.
